GRM: PRODUCING & CORRECTING ASSESSMENT ROLLS AND TAX ROLLS, PART 1
This two part session will present a case study on how to create an assessment roll and tax roll using GRM 8.06. Using data from the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and GRM 8.06 and ProVal 7.11, we’ll track the integrated ProVal/GRM process: starting with valuation postings in ProVal and ending with the creation of a tax bill in GRM. Then watch as you are taken through how ProVal 7.11 and GRM 8.06 and the configuration you can do yourself are used to correct the newly created assessment roll and tax roll.
