Each year, several hundred Manatron software users descend upon one location in a popular city for a week for the Manatron User Groups Conference. They come to attend education sessions and presentations on hot topics in the industry, discuss and suggest desired modifications and enhancements to the Manatron software and meet and socialize with other Manatron users from across the country.

Manatron would like to invite you, to join us as a sponsor at the 2009 Manatron User Groups Conference. Through your participation, you will have visibility to nearly 400 current Manatron customers and staff.

The Manatron User Groups Conference includes users from many of Manatron’s line of products and include Assessors, Tax Collector/Treasurers and Recorders from across the country. Sponsors will have exposure to these key groups of Manatron customer contacts.

Important Dates to Remember

- Please submit your registration no later than September 4, 2009.

- Payment of sponsorship must be received by September 4, 2009. You must be paid in full to participate. Only payment by check will be accepted. Please make checks payable to: Manatron, Inc.

- Submission of company logo by September 16, 2009. Please email logo (high resolution JPG format) to Rachel Bryant (rachel.bryant@manatron.com).

- Submission of company description (limit 150 words) to Rachel Bryant (rachel.bryant@manatron.com) by September 16, 2009.

- Submission of 350 company giveaway items and brochures by September 25, 2009. Please contact Rachel Bryant for shipping information.
