Manatron GRM Assessment Administration is a comprehensive Government Revenue Management^® (GRM^® ) solution for state and local government used to calculate taxable values from market values. It is built on the Microsoft .NET platform, using the most up-to-date technology. GRM Assessment Administration (GRM AA) provides the functionality for jurisdictions to make legislative changes to actual market values.

• Annual value build – calculates yearly values to be stored in the assessment roll
• Supplemental value build – calculates incremental values during the tax year and stores them in a separate assessment roll
• Corrections process – executes the annual value build for a single property to correct existing assessment roll
