Manatron Acquires InfiniTec, Inc.

In mid-July, Manatron announced that it had acquired InfiniTec, Inc., a Kansas-based provider of local government software solutions and services.

InfiniTec, Inc. is the unsurpassed market leader in local government software solutions and services for the State of Kansas. By combining InfiniTec’s market leadership and strengths with Manatron’s national leadership in property tax solutions, Manatron will be able further invest in and grow the Kansas market. Currently, the combined companies have over 80% market share, providing a solid GRM technology upgrade path for this client-base.
