G. William McKinzie, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McKinzie joined the Company in 2002 after spending eight years in various information technology positions at Kellogg Company, the last of which was Vice President of Information Services for their International Operations. Mr. McKinzie is responsible for the Company’s strategy and overall business delivery. Mr. McKinzie graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He earned his MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago.
Early L. Stephens, Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Mr. Stephens joined the Company in 1996 as Chief Technology Officer tasked with ensuring Manatron solutions were positioned as market leaders. Prior to joining Manatron, Mr. Stephens was a Manager in the Office of Information Technology at Western Michigan University where he led early migrations from mainframe to client/server and packaged ERP implementations. Mr. Stephens is primarily responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and managing the Company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Mary Gephart, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Ms. Gephart joined the Company in 1994 as the Manager of Human Resources. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1996. Ms. Gephart is primarily responsible for all aspects of human resources and administration including compliance with employment laws / regulations, talent & performance management, professional development / training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and corporate culture.
Marty A. Ulanski, Executive Vice President, GRM Operations
Mr. Ulanski joined the Company in July of 2003. Prior to Manatron, Mr. Ulanski was employed by Spartan Stores from 1999 to 2003 and NCR for 14 years in a variety of sales and management positions. He is primarily responsible for managing the Company’s flagship product GRM business unit and associated product/project delivery.
Kurt Wagner, Executive Vice President, Operations
Mr. Wagner joined Manatron as a part of its acquisition of ASIX, Inc. in February 2006. As founder of ASIX in 1991, Mr. Wagner served as the company's President and CEO. Mr. Wagner graduated summa cum laude from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. He earned his Masters in Computer and Information Sciences from Dartmouth and completed the MBA curriculum in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
