Manatron efiniti allows public or private agencies access to their maps via the Internet. Built with the latest GIS development tools, efiniti allows governmental agencies access to a fully integrated "GIS online" system including dynamic access to Manatron’s eGovernment suite of products for CAMA and Tax information. This easy to use solution makes maps available on any computer with an Internet connection.
Manatron has created efiniti as an affordable GIS tool for public agencies. efiniti eliminates the need to purchase new equipment, new hardware or mapping software – simple Internet access is all that is required. Web availability also eases collaboration between governmental offices as each agency is able to share the single storehouse of data. Office staff are able to be more efficient as duplicate data entry is avoided and the information becomes increasingly credible through the single database and standardized entry.

Property Information
Manatron efiniti stores all information on property record cards in a database that's linked directly to mapped parcels. ID card information may be viewed from a map link or the parcel can be viewed directly from the ID card. All this information is secure and easy to access in a matter of seconds.

Puts GIS Mapping on the Move
Manatron efiniti mobile allows users to identify site locations immediately, on the road, anytime. Users view maps via a portable device such as a laptop computer or a tablet PC and, because the information is stored locally, a network or cellular connection is not required.
Built with ESRI’s® suite of development tools, efiniti mobile employs search capabilities for queries including, addresses, latitude/longitude coordinates, parcel numbers, intersections, road names and landmarks.
Utilizing Manatron efiniti mobile, on-site personnel spend less time flipping through paper maps and sifting through the clutter. The user-friendly application enables immediate location identification at their fingertips. Limitless data layers means efiniti mobile can manage road centerlines, addresses, and much more.

Manatron efiniti mobile supports Phase I and Phase II wireless compliance through the use of longitude and latitude coordinates. Users quickly locate a 911 cellular phone caller and can view the location on a mobile data terminal with Manatron's compatible product Dispatch Watchdog. This system links the dispatch operator's computer in the call center with the on-site emergency personnel en route. efiniti mobile reduces the chance of arriving at the wrong address by reporting address ranges through the use of geocoding algorithms.

Manatron ezparcel
Manatron created ezparcel to provide a user-friendly interface for parcel mapping in a computer aided drafting (CADI) environment. Utilizing ezparcel allows individuals with little or no CAD experience the ability to use parcel mapping tools. Manatron ezparcel comes complete with many useful parcel assistants and various point and click tools that make manipulating CAD easy. ezparcel also contains an assortment of simple tools specific to parcel mapping.

Manatron ezparcel was created specifically for users with limited parcel mapping experience. From drawing to editing, importing and digitizing, ezparcel simplifies the parcel mapping process.

E911 Mapping Services
E911 Pinpoint Addressing: This service is generally provided to an agency that has existing hard copy maps. Using these documents as the reference, Manatron is able to “digitize” the E911 addresses using ortho-rectified photography as the basemap. The end result is a map showing the primary address point with a leader line to the associated road.
E911 ReAddressing: Some rural jurisdictions currently use “Rural Route and Box Number” as their situs address. This is not conducive for emergency purposes because the “Rural Route and Box Number” is only meaningful to the post office (e.g. the fire department doesn’t know where RR 5 starts and stops). A new “logical” address is assigned to every primary structure, cross referenced to the RR/Box Number and then the new address is hand delivered to each resident on an official Address Change document. The deliverable is identical to that of pinpoint address mapping except also included is a cross reference database of “old address” vs. “new address”.
Street Centerline Mapping: This service uses existing hard copy maps as well as ortho-recitified photography as a reference to digitize an intelligent street centerline map. “Intelligent”, means a user can select a particular centerline and the system will know all possible address ranges along that segment. This is an excellent tool to use for maintaining addresses because the intelligent map has the capability to automatically assign the address number – this is known as “geo-coding”.
Field Verification: Some jurisdictions do not have any paper source documents for 911 maps. As a result, the only way to gather existing information is drive each road in the jurisdiction and “field verify” or “field collect” all 911 address information.
Address Map Maintenance: Once an electronic map is created, Manatron is able to provide the client with periodic map maintenance services as an “outsourcing” option.
Training and Support
Manatron's custom training teaches participants to maintain data layers, develop new layers, or perform complex spatial queries. User guides, tutorials and reference guides direct the learning process and enables the end user to use data effectively.
