LienPro Online Tax Certificate Sales

Over $45.8 Million in Certificates Sold

In November of 2004, Manatron and Bid4Assets announced a partnership to deliver Internet tax sale functionality to the Florida market. Manatron’s large customer base in Florida and excellent track record in serving some of the State’s largest counties has led to a natural partnership with Bid4Assets. Bid4Assicets’ online auction solution, LienPro, coupled with Manatron’s software, provides Florida Tax Collectors with a fully integrated and seamless tax  sale process. LienPro is hosted on TaxSale dot com, Bid4Assets’ Web site dedicated to county tax sales nationwide.

Bid4Assets, Inc., the nation’s leader in online asset sales for Federal, state and local government entities, has been using the Internet for the disposition of government property for many years. They have worked with more than 60 government agencies or bureaus to maximize proceeds from the sale of their forfeited, seized, surplus and tax-defaulted property - including the U.S. Marshals Service, the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense.  In addition, Bid4Assets’ robust auction engine has positioned them as the leading advertising and auction service provider for both tax deed and tax lien sales nationwide.

Bid4Assets contributes to this partnership, the auction experience and know-how that compliment Manatron’s property tax collection and servicing experience throughout the country.  Manatron and Bid4Assets provide an integrated product that is tightly coupled with functional depth and flexibility. The partnership offers multiple bid types and complete end-to-end auction service, including deposit and settlement.
