Martinelli Outstanding Treasurer's Award by the National Association of County Treasurers and Finance Officers(NACTFO)at its annual meeting in July. NACTFO is affiliated with the National Association of Counties (NACO)
The award is given to a person who serves as a leader in their home state and as a professional of the highest caliber in the operation of their own County office.
A distinguished panel of judges, who are not affiliated with NACTFO nor known to the organization selected the winner.
