Hello to all! I hope everyone made it through the New Year just fine. It always seems to be a busy time of year. The last nine months have been very busy and exciting for InfiniTec,  Nex-Tech, and Manatron. To bring everyone up to speed, Manatron acquired InfiniTec in July and Nex-Tech in November. All three companies came together at the perfect time for our customers.
Since 2007, we have witnessed increasing demand for Microsoft Windows based solutions from our Kansas customers. While, to this day, many Counties are happy with their IBM iSeries solutions, we felt it was necessary to create a Kansas company that

would support the needs of all Kansas Counties. We realize each County has different needs and we absolutely want to continue to be that“One Stop Shop” for these different needs. This is where our acquisition by Manatron really pays off; Manatron already has state-of-the-art Microsoft Windows based software solutions running in almost every State in the United States and other Countries. Here in Kansas, Sedgwick and Douglas Counties will “Go Live” in just a few months using Manatron’s Government Revenue Management (GRM) solution for property tax assessment, billing and collection. Manatron’s Microsoft-based solutions have more than 25 million dollars in research and development behind them and Manatron continues to invest at a pace unmatched in our industry.

| Jefferson County Chooses GRM Tax |
Manatron is proud to announce that Jefferson County, Kansas has selected Manatron’s GRM Tax as their new tax collection software solution. Jefferson County becomes Manatron's third Microsoft-based tax client in Kansas in addition to the 85 IBM AS400 clients.
About GRM Tax:GRM is Manatron's fully integrated property management suite of software designed to manage and support the entire property life cycle, which includes deed recording, land records, GIS (Geographic Information System) integration, valuation, assessment administration, personal property, business licenses, cashiering, tax billing and collection, delinquents and tax sales, and e-government. Manatron GRM automates the operational, information and planning needs for Assessors, Auditors, Treasurers, Tax Collectors, Recorders and other state and local governmental officials so that they can completely, fairly and efficiently assess real and personal property and bill and collect the related property taxes in their jurisdictions. | The “Solution Migration Game Plan” |
Before discussing the details of our migration game plan, I want you to have ample confidence in what Manatron, InfiniTec, and Nex-Tech are capable of delivering. If you have concerns, I want to tell you about a conversion project we took on for the State of Kansas. We served as a major subcontractor and key player on the state-wide HAVA project around 4 years ago. The HAVA project consisted of taking all election systems in Kansas and migrating them to one common Microsoft-based system along with training all Kansas Counties on the system. InfiniTec had 60 Counties using the IBM AS400-based elections systems software and teamed with the Secretary of State’s office and ES&S to migrate those Counties and all other Counties in Kansas to the Microsoft based ES&S system.
While it was a lot of hard work for everyone involved, we were successful in this migration. The ES&S software and hardware now runs in all Counties in the State of Kansas and we migrated the entire State in just one year. We are very proud of these results, especially when you consider how long it has taken for the new CAMA system to come to life in Kansas.
