Manatron Announces Implementation of GRM Recorder in Beaufort County, North Carolina

Includes an upgrade to the office’s current server as well as a move from Oracle database to Microsoft SQL Server.

PORTAGE, MI — June 17, 2009 - Manatron, Inc. a global leader in providing integrated, enterprise-level property tax and records management solutions for state and local governments, announced that it has recently installed its GRM Recorder solution in the Beaufort County, North Carolina Register of Deeds office. This project includes an upgrade to the office’s current server as well as a move from Oracle database to Microsoft SQL Server.

“We have been running on old legacy code from Manatron and, as a result, were not benefiting from the latest functionality and enhancement releases available through Manatron’s current software platform,” said Jennifer Whitehurst, Beaufort County Register of Deeds. “This upgrade to GRM Recorder was a must have for us and we are excited to experience how this change will enhance our office and better serve the public.”
