Manatron Government Revenue Management — GRM, is a fully integrated enterprise-level solution designed to manage and support the entire property life-cycle including, Recording, GIS, Valuation, Assessment Administration, Tax Billing and Collection, Delinquent and Tax Sale. It automates the operational, information and planning needs for Assessors, Auditors, Treasurers, Tax Collectors, Recorders and other state and local governmental officials. A key foundation of the solution is GRM Records. It includes advanced registration for tracking Legal Parties and Revenue Objects, and is compatible with the FGDC data model. GRM Records also features advanced GIS integration, including integrated Parcel Mapping and GIS Analysis tools. GRM Records ensures that mapping, assessing and taxation processes all use a common database. This eliminates the problem of database mismatches and removes a significant loophole in the property tax collection process resulting in improved collection efficiency.
Manatron GRM boasts the latest in technology advancements and reflects Manatron’s rich heritage and experience in developing and supporting property software systems. Advanced features, such as flexible descriptions, unlimited history and advanced reporting, are found throughout the entire product suite.
