Manatron CAMA is a comprehensive Government Revenue Management (GRM) property appraisal software product. It features a highly productive, integrated sketch package and an extremely accurate valuation engine for calculating property values. Visual MOD-PRO
Manatron's interactive modeling tool offers the capabilities of most high-end generic statistical tools, tailored specifically for CAMA. In addition to providing tools to construct multiple linear regression CAMA models, Visual MODPRO supports nonlinear regression, Bayesian regression, response surface analysis using GIS coordinates.
Users are able to specify regions and similar neighborhoods and prepare descriptions of sales for analysis. Users have the ability to create transformed variables, analyze and edit data, pick candidate modeling variables, fit regression models and evaluate the results. If modeling requires refinement, simply point and click to adjust the input specs and rerun. Modeling data analysis and model application are integrated and all models produced are easy to apply to any database.
